Adding "Scroll Up" Link

Out of the box, the theme doesn't provide any indicators for page scrolling progress or floating buttons to scroll up the page. However, you can still place a link (or button) with that functionality using the magic values for the [href] attribute like: [href="#asli-scroll-up"] or [href="#!scroll-up"].
