Whatās included in item supportā ā
Each item buyer is provided with limited support (6 months from the purchase date) for this item through the email contact form. Item support includes:
- Availability of the author to answer questions
- Answering technical questions about the itemās features
- Assistance with reported bugs and issues
Whatās NOT included in item supportā ā
- Installation of the item
- Customization of the item
- Assistance with customizations of third-party code
- Assistance with third-party plugins not declared as theme-compatible
Can I extend or renew item supportā ā
Sure. Log in to your ThemeForest profile and open the Downloads page. There you can extend or renew your support. For more information, please check the following article: Extend or renew Item Support.
What is the difference between Regular and Extended licensesā ā
The main difference between these licenses is that under the Regular License, your end product (incorporating the item youāve purchased) is distributed free of charge, whereas under the Extended License, your end product may be sold or otherwise limited to paying customers.
Iām making a website for my client. Which license do I needā ā
A Regular License is fine.
I want to make multiple websites out of the purchased item. How many licenses do I need to purchaseā ā
The license is valid per domain. So you need to purchase a license for each domain that you want to launch your website on.
Does the extended license allow reselling or distributing the itemā ā
No. Reselling and redistribution (even for free) are strictly prohibited.
Can I use bundled premium plugins apart from the itemā ā
No. You are not allowed to extract or use any bundled premium assets separately from the item. But you can always purchase a regular license from a pluginās author. For more information, please contact the author of the premium plugin you want to use apart from the item.
