How to Access this Panel?

Open the Site Settings panel in Elementor using this guide Accessing Theme Options Panel, then go to the Asli / Theme Features panel and expand the Virtual Scrolling section.

Note

You can adjust the scrolling mechanics separately for mouse and touch interactions.
