# How can I get the item support❓

# What’s included in the item support❓

Each item buyer is provided with limited support (6 month from the purchase date) for this item through email contact form. Item support includes:

  • Availability of the author to answer questions
  • Answering technical questions about item’s features
  • Assistance with reported bugs and issues

# What’s NOT included in the item support❓

  • Item installation
  • Item customization

# Can I extend or renew the item support❓

# What is the difference between Regular and Extended licenses❓

The main difference between these licenses is that under the Regular License, your end product (incorporating the item you’ve purchased) is distributed free of charge, whereas under the Extended License your end product may be sold or otherwise limited to paying customers.

# I’m making a website for my client. Which license do I need❓

Regular license is fine.

# I want to make multiple websites out of the purchased item. How many licenses do I need to purchase❓

The license is valid per domain. So you need to purchase a license per each domain that you want to launch your website on.

# Does extended license allow to re-sell or distribute the item❓

No. Reselling and redistribution (even for free) are strictly prohibited.

# Can I use bundled premium plugins apart from the item❓

No. You are not allowed to extract or use any bundled premium assets separately from the item. But you can always purchase a regular license from a plugin’s author. For more information please contact an author of a premium plugin you want to use apart from the item.
